CAS – Attendance Control is a digital tool designed to facilitate the operational management and internal monitoring of all events carried out by the company.

What are its functions?

CAS was conceived as a way to cover all the details: from attendance control to report generation, event creation and management, sending invitations, and performance qualification during their execution, all this through two user profiles: The Instructor and the Administrator.

Game changer outcomes

AWS helped our project by allowing us to use Serverless applications which optimized costs since we only paid for what was used, and it also allowed us to experiment in the early stages with the lambdas service free of charge thanks to their free tier.

It accelerated delivery times to the business since it was possible to supply environments quickly without the need to purchase infrastructure. We also took advantage of Dynamo DB benefits that allowed us to have non-relational, self-scalable databases that respond to the application’s needs, since they have an easy-to-learn SDK for Node.js.

Key Functions

Consists of a series of tools that make it easier for the administrator to create, manage and delete events, as well as to send invitations to attend them.

Enables the administrator and instructor to track the attendance at an event, as well as to supervise performance during the event and generate reports related to the event’s execution once it has ended.
